Good oral health needs alot of care and some prevention .
There are alot of oral disease which can only be prevent by some care and precautions. These dental problems included Bad breath , Gum disease , tooth cavity , Dry mouth , tooth sensitivity and even oral cancer .
Bad breath :
A common dental problem, medically known as Halitosis. As it is clear by its name, an unpleasant smell coming from mouth . It can be cause due to eating any smelly food , dry mouth or un cleaned teeth .
This is common issue which can be cure by brushing teeth , drinking water or with consuming chewing gums or mint .
But this common looking disease can be cause due to other dental problems like cavities or mouth cancer .
Gum disease :
Gums are tissue that hold our teeth . If we not take care of gum health it can cause effect health of our teeth .
Gum disease can include swollen gums , bleeding or pus, pain in gums and some time cause tooth loss .
According to WHO report 15 t0 25% adults around the globe have gums disease which cause teeth loss .

Dry mouth :
When our saliva glands failed to produce enough saliva which is necessary to keep our mouth moist our moth become dry . Medically this dental condition is know as Xerostomia .
This some time also cause sore throat and bad breath.
This condition can be cure by brushing teeth and drinking enough water especially before going to bed .
Teeth sensitivity
Our teeth nerves are covered by a thin layer know as dentin. When this layer get hurt or exposed by any mean like consuming extra hot , cold or food containing acid it cause tooth ache .
Every person experience this pain atleast once in his life.
This dental problem can easily be cured by brushing teeth with fluoride toothpaste , flossing and taking good care of teeth and food we eat .
